A small round cut striking fine blue sapphire centre stone, set in a halo of fifteen small round cut diamonds, with a further eight small round cut diamonds on each shoulder. Sapphire 0.30ct. Total diamond 0.23ct. Setting dimensions approx. 6.2mm diameter.
