An old cut centre diamond of 1.30ct, in a mill grain rub over setting, with an inner surround of nineteen fancy cut rubies & an outer surround of a further thirty three round cut diamonds. It also has two small round cut diamonds on each shoulder. Set in 18ct gold. Pre-owned.
